Migrating to the USA in 1986 and not knowing even a dozen people in this country, he worked his way up and established himself as a Lifetime Council Member of New York Life. As a Lifetime Council Member, he became qualified from his first year consistently through his 23rd year of service with the company as a captive Insurance Agent and Registered Representative. As an appointed Management Associate (part time Recruiter and full time Agent in 1991-1994), his organizational sales skills and leadership greatly contributed in developing agents who outperformed full time Sales Managers of the company.

Santy has been a consistent multi-awarded General Agent & Development Associate during his work stint with various prestigious insurance and financial companies with national and global presence. He is a five-times (5x) President/Producer's Circle Qualifier with Transamerica Life (AEGON Group of Companies), appointed as a National Marketing Office (NMO) of American Equity Investment Life Company and a Managing General Agent of UnitedHealthcare. He is now a Master Field Trainer and Live Personal Coach in transforming ordinary Insurance agents to ethical professional Financial Advisors.

As Santy was ripe for a good retirement with his entire successful career as an insurance agent and financial advisor for 51 years, opportunities kept coming for him to build a network organization for some of the World’s Largest Insurers subsidiary companies operating in USA. He retired from being a captive agent of a company and now ventures to leave some legacy by sharing his wisdom of 51 years to new aspiring career-oriented financial professionals who are current and future independent players in his envisioned network organization.
